However we have a solution, the badger, a small form passively cooled PC which is fitted into your control panel and permantly plugged into the control equipment and your company network. By then granting us access you can use the badger to diagnose your machine remotely meaning far faster service for you and less cost as the diagnosys can be done whenever an engineer is close to an internet ready pc as opposed to booking site vists. |
